L’Appart, what is it ?
L’Appart is an uninhibited fine dining restaurant, open to all who enjoy good food, good company and an opportunity to discover new experiences.
Show up as you would to a friend’s house: sometimes in jeans and a t-shirt, sometimes in a suit running out of the office with colleagues, or with family or friends.
Sometimes you have a blast, sometimes you go home early, sometimes you overdo it and get a bit rowdy.
Who is l’Appart ?
First and foremost, L’Appart is a team. This team is led by Luis Zuzarte and Nicolas Bernier. All together, they strive to welcome you and build a new culinary experience.
Behind this team, to support them in this exciting adventure is the Fine Artisans Group. A concept meant to be a bit wild, looking to drive innovation in the hospitality business with a strong value system built around people.
Where is L’Appart ?
L’Appart is located within the walls of what was once the famous pizzeria “Il Corso” at 29, Rue de Bourg in Lausanne. In our apartment, each space is different, open to others but with an atmosphere of its own. The large kitchen quietly spreads into the entire restaurant. All in all, L’Appart is simply easy going.
Now that you know it all, come check it out for yourself. We are open Tuesday through Saturday, from 6:30pm until midnight. Reservations are made via our website.
