Since the beginning of the Appart adventure, we have done everything we can to offer you every day a new, surprising and qualitative culinary experience.
We first opened in the evening only with our “surprise” menu in 6 stages which adapts each day to the products available. Then, secondly, we also opened for lunch during the week, with fresh and generous market cuisine.
The labor shortage in the sector has unfortunately not spared us and recruitment has been more difficult than ever. Thanks to the support of our amazing team, we held on for a few months and tried to continue to offer you a menu in line with our values.
But today, the situation is no longer managable without being able to recruit strong forces.
We have made the decision, in order to presere our team and continue to welcome you with all our know-how and ideas, to suspend lunch services from the week of November 13, while we find new rare gems.
However, we will be delighted to welcome you occasionally at lunch for group meals, simply send us a request by email.
